Invite the child to receive a 'My Nature Journal' notebook.
Step 1
After each outing, 5–8 minutes to write or draw freely.
Step 2
No imposed format: drawing, words, pressed leaf, diagram.

Do not read without permission.

End of each month: each child chooses one page to share with the group.

Active sensory listening: The child spontaneously describes a physical sensation experienced in nature (warmth, sound, texture) with increasingly precise vocabulary according to age.
Body-nature connection: The child places their hands on bark, lies in the grass, closes their eyes facing the sun - grounding gestures initiated without prompting.
Emotional regulation through nature: The child returns to a calm state after time in nature and names it: "I feel better / calmer / less stressed."
Expression of inner feelings: The child translates their sensory experience into words, drawing, or writing.
Inner reconnection ritual: The child joins their sit spot or chooses a nature-reconnection activity without being invited - a sign of an internalized personal ritual.
