Step 1
Guide: 'Close your eyes. Do you feel the sun on your skin?'.

Allow 5 minutes of presence: warmth, light, sounds.

Open eyes: 'What did you feel? Where exactly on your body?'.

Optional: draw the warmth on a body silhouette.

Active sensory listening: The child spontaneously describes a physical sensation experienced in nature (warmth, sound, texture) with increasingly precise vocabulary according to age.
Body-nature connection: The child places their hands on bark, lies in the grass, closes their eyes facing the sun - grounding gestures initiated without prompting.
Emotional regulation through nature: The child returns to a calm state after time in nature and names it: "I feel better / calmer / less stressed."
Expression of inner feelings: The child translates their sensory experience into words, drawing, or writing.
