DETAILED PROCEDURE

Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Explain calmly to the children: "Most people live their social lives by default - saying yes to whatever comes up, joining whatever group asks. The most intentional people design their social lives on purpose."

Step 1

Social life audit: which relationships and activities actually align with your values? Which drain you? Which just happen because they're familiar?

Step 2

Say gently to the children: "Your time and energy are finite. Every 'yes' to something misaligned is a 'no' to something that matters."

Step 3

Design: which 3 relationships do you want to invest in most? What does that investment look like specifically?

Step 4

3-month social life experiment: live according to your design. Evaluate at the end.

Step 5

Step 6

Step 7

Step 8

Step 9

Step 10

PROGRESS INDICATORS

The child audits their social life honestly against their values.

The child designs a 3-month social life with specific investments.

The child evaluates the experiment and articulates what shifted.
