DETAILED PROCEDURE
This activity works best one-on-one, or with one child at a time within a small group. Explain calmly to the child: "Your limits aren't walls that keep people out. They're maps that show what matters most to you."
Step 1
Invite the children to create a personal limits map: things that are always a Yes for them / always a No / it depends (and on what).
Step 2
Explore: where do limits come from? Values, past experience, body signals.
Step 3
Say gently to the child: "When you know your limits, you don't have to figure it out under pressure. You already know."
Step 4
Share one limit (voluntarily) and explain what value it protects.
