Set up this activity in pairs. Encourage proactive observation: spot a peer who seems to be struggling.

Offer the help script: "Would you like me to help carry your blocks to your tower?"
Step 2
Invite both children to children work together to make one of their projects easier.

Celebrate the exchange by highlighting the shared pleasure of helping and being helped.
