DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Step in when a child desperately wants the role a classmate already has.
Step 1
Suggest trying a swap: "You want to see what it's like? What if we switched for just a moment?"
Step 2
Invite the children to make an immediate, brief position exchange.
Step 3
After the try, adult guides child to return to their initial role in a calm way.
