Debrief protocol card (What happened? What worked? What was hard? What would we change?)
DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Explain calmly to the children: "After every group project, the most important thing isn't the grade - it's what you learned about working together."
Step 1
Structured debrief: each person answers all 4 questions. No interruptions.
Step 2
Key question: "What did you experience that others might not have noticed?"
Step 3
Say gently to the children: "The debrief is where a group learns. Skip it and you're stuck repeating the same mistakes."
Step 4
Document one learning from each debrief to carry into the next group project.

PROGRESS INDICATORS
