DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Explain calmly to the children: "Groups disagree. The question isn't whether - it's how the disagreement gets resolved. The method matters as much as the decision."
Step 1
Three resolution methods: consensus (all must agree) / voting (majority wins) / authority (one person decides). When is each appropriate?
Step 2
Key skill: disagree and commit - once a group decision is made, everyone supports it even if they weren't convinced.
Step 3
Say gently to the children: "The ability to disagree with a decision and still execute it with commitment is one of the most valuable skills in any group."

Practice: make a contested group decision using each method; compare the experience.
