Detailed Procedure :

1. Presentation of a situation with unforeseen consequences (dog hit by a self-driving car, personal identity collected by smart glasses…). 2. Identify the initial intention: to help. 3. Analyze the real consequences. 4. Comparison with an AI system executing a rule. 5. Argued debate. 6. Structured conclusion: a human can adjust their intention mid-action thanks to moral conscience; the machine executes its initial rule to the end without measuring the consequences on people.
