A complex topic is given to students (e.g., "Plastic recycling").
Step 1
Group A: classic research using a search engine (the activity can be expanded with books, documentaries, expert interviews…). Group B: asks an AI for a structured summary.
Step 2
Compare the time taken to reach a result. Compare the clarity of results obtained.
Step 3
Each group presents its findings: compare the depth and ownership of knowledge. Also compare the collaboration and synergy within each group.
Step 4
Discuss "ease" vs. "depth" and human collaboration.

The child compares the time and clarity of results obtained through a classic search versus an AI summary, and explains which approach worked better.
