DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Explain calmly to the children: "In a group, real listening means tracking every voice - including the ones that aren't speaking."
Step 1
Voice equity tracker: during a group discussion, students track who has spoken, how many times, and who hasn't.
Step 2
Practice: active facilitation moves to bring in quiet voices without putting them on the spot.
Step 3
Say gently to the children: "A group where only 3 people talk isn't a group conversation. It's 3 people performing while others watch."
Step 4
Facilitation techniques: 'We haven't heard from everyone yet' / direct invitation to a quiet person / redirect the talkative to make space.

PROGRESS INDICATORS
The child accurately tracks voice distribution in a 15-min group discussion.
The child uses at least 2 facilitation moves to bring in unheard voices.
The child reports that group discussions feel more inclusive after practice.
