DETAILED PROCEDURE
This activity works best one-on-one, or with one child at a time within a small group. Pause as soon as you notice tension in the child.
Step 1
Offer a choice: "Would you like to blow on the feather or would you prefer to sit for a moment?"
Step 2
Guide the breath: "Blow gently so the feather doesn't fly away too far."
Step 3
Close by linking to the next step: "Your body is calm - we can continue differently now."
