DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Explain calmly to the children: "Their body looks sad. What do you think they need?"
Step 1
Introduce consent: "First ask if they want a hug, a drawing, or some help."
Step 2
Invite the child to choose the most fitting gesture and carries it out with kindness.
Step 3
Validate the restorative action: "You took care of their heart today - well done!"
