DETAILED PROCEDURE
This activity works best one-on-one, or with one child at a time within a small group. Explain calmly to the child: "Why do you think your friend is frustrated?"
Step 1
Invite the child to justify their analysis with a concrete clue: "Her arms are crossed because she's waiting for her turn."
Step 2
Probe underlying needs: "What would she need to feel happy?"
Step 3
Invite the child to propose an adjustment or concrete solution to help their friend.
