Set up this activity in pairs. Explain calmly to the children: "For the next two minutes, we're going to flip everything!"
Step 1
Give the task: "I'm going to do what you were doing, and you do exactly what I was doing."
Step 2
Silently observe how the children adapt to this sudden perspective change.
Step 3
Invite the children to end with an experience share: "Was it hard to switch places like that?"
