DETAILED PROCEDURE

Set up this activity in pairs. Explain calmly to the children: "By 14, you have a relational history - things you've done well, things you've gotten badly wrong, relationships you've repaired, and ones you haven't. What matters now is what you do with all of it."

Step 1

Personal relational history reflection: the relationships that formed you / the hurts you've caused and the repairs you've made or missed / the lessons embedded in the hardest moments.

Step 2

Grace principle: growing up means becoming someone who can hold your own imperfection without shame and other people's imperfection without contempt.

Step 3

Say gently to the children: "The people who get relationships right are not the people who never get it wrong. They're the people who keep returning - to repair, to grow, to try again."

Step 4

Write a grace-and-growth statement: how you want to approach your relationships for the next 3 years.

Step 10

PROGRESS INDICATORS
