Detailed procedure :
1. Introduction: "Some problems can't be solved by two people talking well. They require organized, strategic collective action."
2. Identify: a systemic problem in the school, community, or society that affects people they care about.
3. Stakeholder analysis: who has power over this problem? Who is affected? Who are potential allies?
4. Theory of change: if we do X, then Y will happen, because Z.
5. Script: "Individual kindness is necessary. Systemic change requires strategy, coalition, patience - and the belief that you can actually move something."
6. Students design, launch, and present a real collective action initiative.
Progress Indicators :
Completes a stakeholder analysis with at least 6 stakeholders. Articulates a clear theory of change. Launches and evaluates a real collective action initiative.
