DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Explain calmly to the children: "What do you think would happen if there were no rules at all?"
Step 1
Help children imagine the chaos, yelling, or collisions.
Step 2
Invite the children to reach a group conclusion: "A rule is like a sturdy house that protects us all."
Step 3
Invite the children to post a drawing symbolizing this protection.
