DETAILED PROCEDURE
Gather the whole group together in a circle for this activity. Crouch to the child's level after an emotionally charged interaction.
Step 1
Recall the emotional state: "Your body was really angry. Now, what can your body do?"
Step 2
Propose two simple restorative actions: "We can sit together or go back to playing gently."
Step 3
Physically accompany the child to take the first step toward the chosen action.
