DETAILED PROCEDURE
This activity works best one-on-one, or with one child at a time within a small group. Calmly return to the emotion the child experienced: Explain calmly to the child: "You were frustrated a moment ago."
Step 1
Invite the child to find a concrete solution: "Let's look for an action on the treasure map."
Step 2
Invite the child to choose between two positive options such as helping or waiting their turn.
Step 3
Support the implementation of this choice by guiding the action verbally.
