DETAILED PROCEDURE
Set up this activity in pairs. Explain calmly to the children: "Some disagreements don't need a winner. Two people can see the same thing differently and both be right."
Step 1
Practice genuine disagreements on subjective topics (best game, funniest story, greatest adventure).
Step 2
Teach the 'agree to disagree' close: "I hear your point. I see it differently. And that's okay."
Step 3
Say gently to the children: "The goal isn't to convince everyone. Sometimes the goal is to understand each other and still choose differently."
Step 4
Ceremony: shake hands after an agree-to-disagree moment.
